Colorado Housing Assistance Corporation, (CHAC), is a HUD Certified Counseling agency that provides free counseling services for homeowners who are struggling to make mortgage payments, are in foreclosure or believe that they may become delinquent soon.

Post Purchase Counseling

CHAC can provide counseling and referrals for whatever type of post-purchase, nondelinquency issues the homebuyer has. Those might include but not be limited to:

  • Refinance options, pros, and cons
  • Secondary financing, including HELOC loans for home improvement or other things
